Good evening, only 27 days until Christmas!

Advent is an opportunity to practice the presence of God. We do that in reading the stories of the birth of Christ, singing the carols and songs celebrating the incarnation, by prayer and reflection on our own and with others, by lighting candles, by giving gifts, by thanking God for people we love. These are some of the ways that we can practice the presence of God. We hope that some of the pictures, in the advent calendar below, will help you think about the nativity story.
